Fantastic restaurant on downtown Boise. Menu is simple and elegant. Food was delicious and stick to your bones yummy. Love the pairing of fresh veggies in their appetizers and main courses Great selection of hand crafted drinks.

Fork is spectacular. You truly cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. If you're coming for a visit or date night, you won't be disappointed. Definitely try their signature salad and whatever made the rotation

This was our first stop on our Boise to Seattle road trip. The food was delicious and our server was excellent.

Great service! We had Ryan as our server and he was awesome. Very cool place in a historic building, beautiful decor. The food was delicious! We ordered the bacon and eggs chefs Benny and cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll is truly jumbo, but so good! All around great experience.

In the heart of downtown Boise this was a great stop for a drink and dinner. Service was decent from the bartenders. They were busy so we sat at the bar, but wanted to sit outside which looked like a great location. Portions were large and food was delicious. They offer farm to table and I love to support these types of unique restaurants.

At the Fork restaurant the plating was exquisite. The flavors were fresh and bold! The artichoke appetizer with the hypnotizing sauce hooked us from the start. The ice water served was delicious, crisp and cold! Honestly, the best water I've ever had. Then we shared the pan seared salmon with vegetables and the Carne Asada Salad. Great portions, amazing flavors! With all of that we couldn't think about dessert but the menu looked delicious.

The food is so delicious and the butter cake is ahhh-mazing! The restaurant is comfortable and interesting.

Wonderful ambiance-- we got seated in a banquette, which was nice. The Northwest Crispy Chicken Salad was the best! The Salmon Sammie was alright. The asparagus fries were alright as well. We finished the night with their warm butter cake, which was very decadent and buttery. It was nice that they gave scoops of vanilla ice cream for the kids, too.

Had a delicious meal at Fork. Sat at bar. Three in the Chamber drink was a 10/10. LOVED it. Initially my meal, the king salmon sandwich, was WEAK! Salmon was thin and about the size of 1/2 a dollar bill. Bun was HUGE and overtook the fish. Sauce was dripping everywhere. House made chips were cold and chewy. Bartender had even recommended sandwich as a favorite of theirs. I spoke to Danny the manager. He was MORE than understanding and immediately fixed the problem. I got THE MOST AMAZING salmon sandwich (salmon was huge and cooked to perfection) and FRESH, HOT, CRUCNHY chips. Danny explained the original sandwich and chips were not typical of the restaurant. Second sandwich matched drink and was a 10/10. Dessert was EPIC!! Had the butter cake with homemade ice cream. YUM! Virginia the bartender was INCREDIBLE. Friendly and VERY understanding of my issue with first sandwich.

I ate at Bitter Creek and then this place, Bitter Creek is a one star compared to Fork. The food at Fork is fantastic atmosphere is great service staff is amazing.
